Music enervates. We have used everything from rock gods to mariachi bands to encourage people to stop and get involved. And previously, by negotiating improved commercial terms at Party in the Park in London’s Hyde Park, we helped The Prince’s Trust raise more than £1m a year net of costs from this one event whilst achieving coverage worth £3m.

3. Innovating business

Innovating in healthcare and retail

In healthcare we have helped consultants digitise and improve their business performance whilst enhancing patient response. And we’ve helped a care agency survive the pandemic whilst meeting ever more stringent demands on carers and their clients.

In retail we initiated the first large-scale UK pilot for a revolutionary app-based store-to-door delivery service. It allows customers to shop hands free, leaving time to spend money on coffee, dinner or catching a movie - up to 8x more, judging by the results we helped achieve.

4. Outlet

Outstanding sales and growth

1. London Designer Outlet (LDO) was a troubled child. Via strong research; honest, better targeted ‘inside out’ marketing; improved social and digital marketing, and a commitment to excellence, we helped make LDO London’s leading outlet centre.

2. At Icon at The O2 we helped this new outlet centre trade successfully through its first full Christmas and achieve record sales growth despite the chill wind across retail.

5. Sports & sponsorship

Scoring at will

Working in the UK, with Europe and the US, we innovated and introduced the first programme to partner UEFA, MasterCard and a leading bank, HSBC. This secured market share for MasterCard, and added value to the bank’s personal and business customers, resulting in more than £20m of corporate business.
