Hatchett & Crackett (H&C) shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage - whether primary or secondary (sometimes called subsequent) - caused by use of its services, either to the client or any third party howsoever caused, save for incidences of injury or loss to persons where such is caused by H&C’s direct negligence. When engaging H&C a full contract will be provided with further terms as appropriate.

In using its services, you agree that you will not use H&C’s services or activities for any purposes prohibited by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy

In order to provide the best possible service, H&C will maintain a database of its customers. H&C requires name, address and email details to do so. By using H&C’s services and/or enquiring about H&C you consent for H&C to process and hold your data. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR. H&C will never knowingly pass on your data to 3rd parties or use your data in any way other than described above.
